How do I upgrade my plan?
Head to Billing in your dashboard and select the plan you want. Follow the payment prompt and your account upgrades instantly.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your account switches to the Free plan limits. Galleries you've created remain accessible but are subject to Free plan restrictions. Renew at any time to restore full access.
Can clients download photos without an account?
Yes. Clients never need to create an account. They simply visit your gallery link, enter the password if set, and can browse, favorite, and download photos according to the permissions you set.
Is my storage private?
All photos are stored in a private DigitalOcean Spaces bucket. Clients access photos only through time-limited presigned URLs — there are no permanent public links.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied within 7 days of upgrading, contact us at hello@sanaa.cloud and we'll issue a full refund.
